GiftParc 4.0 Giveaway 2026-2027

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by 9544-1895 Québec inc., carrying on business under the names Le Club Drift Parc and DriftParc, at 26 rue des Perdrix, Sept-Îles, Québec G4S 2A1, Canada, referred to below as the “Sponsor.”

2. Acceptance

By entering, each person confirms that they have read and accepted these Rules. No provision limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Giveaway period and official time

The Giveaway begins August 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends January 7, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Eastern Time as observed in Toronto is the official time. Shopify records, approved point-of-sale records, and the entry system records are the reference.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.

Employees, officers, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, directly involved suppliers, their immediate family members, and persons living in their household are not eligible. Proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility may be required.

5. Entry methods

5.1 Eligible purchases and Supporter Packs

An eligible, fully paid purchase earns 25 entries per eligible Canadian dollar (CAD $1 = 25 entries), both online and in person through Shopify POS. The eligible amount is the price of eligible products or services after discounts, plus taxes charged on those products or services. Shipping charges are excluded.

The number of entries is calculated by multiplying the eligible amount by 25, then rounding the result up to the next whole entry. For example, an eligible amount of CAD $99.99 earns 2,500 entries. The eligibility requirements and exclusions in the Official Rules apply.

Supporter Packs earn a fixed number of entries equal to the nominal value of the purchased tier multiplied by 25. A Supporter Pack 100 therefore earns 2,500 entries. A discount does not reduce that fixed number; taxes and shipping charges do not increase it. The fixed pack allocation and the amount-paid calculation are not combined for the same item. An order containing a pack and other eligible items adds the entries from each method for the corresponding items.

Gift cards, payments made using a gift card or store credit, products expressly identified as ineligible before payment, donations, tips, test orders, and fraudulent transactions are excluded.

An unpaid, cancelled, fully refunded, or charged-back order earns no entries. A partial return or refund results in an adjustment to the entries associated with the affected items or amounts, using the method applicable to those items and the Official Rules. Entries associated with a cancelled or fully refunded Supporter Pack are removed. A discount applied when purchasing a Supporter Pack is not a refund and does not reduce its fixed entry allocation.

5.2 In-person purchases and bonus entries

An eligible purchase at an official DriftParc event or sales location, recorded and paid through Shopify POS, uses the same calculation of 25 entries per eligible Canadian dollar or the fixed Supporter Pack allocation. A receipt and point-of-sale or event identifier allow reconciliation.

Bonus entries awarded through an activity announced by DriftParc are separate additions. An authorized agent may record the announced number of bonus entries, with a validation record. These entries are added once and are not multiplied by 25. They do not replace the purchase calculation or create a second multiplier.

5.3 No-purchase entry by mail

From publication of these Rules until December 1, 2026, an eligible person may enter without a purchase by legibly handwriting the required information on a 3-inch by 5-inch card or sheet, placing it in a standard No. 10 business envelope with sufficient postage, and mailing it to:

The card must include, in handwriting: full legal name, complete residential address and postal code, the entrant’s telephone number, date of birth, email address, and the declaration: “I confirm that I am a legal resident of Canada, that I have reached the age of majority in my province or territory, and that I accept the Official Rules of the GiftParc 4.0 Giveaway.”

Each valid mailing earns fifty (50) entries. Limit one regular mailing per person per calendar day, based on the postmark. Each envelope must be mailed separately, postmarked no later than December 1, 2026, and received no later than December 8, 2026.

The card and envelope must be prepared and handwritten by the entrant. Photocopies, printed forms, computer-generated forms, automation, proxies, third-party services, bulk mailings, multiple cards in one envelope, incomplete information, and multiple identities may be rejected. No confirmation of receipt will be provided.

A reasonable accommodation may be requested at contact@driftparc.com before the applicable deadline. A mail-in entry does not subscribe the person to marketing communications.

6. Eligible products

Only genuine products, services, or experiences that are clearly described, have standalone value, and can be delivered or performed may generate purchase-related entries. Entries are not sold directly.

7. Integrity and adjustments

Entries are personal and non-transferable. Bots, scripts, multiple identities, fictitious orders, unauthorized payments, and attempts to circumvent these Rules are prohibited.

For purchases calculated from the eligible amount, a return, partial refund, or reduction in the amount paid results in a recalculation using the remaining eligible amount after discounts, including applicable taxes and excluding shipping, multiplied by 25 and rounded up to the next whole entry.

For Supporter Packs, a discount applied at purchase does not reduce the fixed entry allocation. Taxes and shipping charges do not increase it. Cancellation or a full refund of a pack removes all entries associated with that pack. A partial refund affecting a pack or one of its components adjusts only the entries associated with the refunded portion, using the method applicable to that pack or component; other eligible items in the order are treated separately.

An unpaid, cancelled, fully refunded, or charged-back order earns no entries. A discount is not a refund. Source records and a record of each adjustment are retained; no silent deletion is made.

8. Grand prize

One confirmed winner will choose one of the following packages:

The approximate value of the package actually awarded is CAD $20,000. Only one package is awarded. No payment is made for a difference in value.

9. Vehicle condition

The vehicles are used and awarded as is, without an additional contractual warranty from the Sponsor, subject to mandatory rights and applicable transferable warranties. The file for the selected package must include ownership or control documents, identification, mileage or hours, accessories, modifications, known defects, inspection, and transfer documents.

10. Draw and odds

A random draw will be conducted on January 15, 2027 at 7:00 p.m. ET from all eligible entries received and validated. The draw will be broadcast live on an official DriftParc account. Only an opaque identifier may be displayed before verification.

The final ledger is reconciled, frozen, and identified by a cryptographic fingerprint. The odds depend on the total number of eligible entries.

11. Winner confirmation

The selected person must respond within seven calendar days after the first notice, provide the requested proof, permit validation of their entry, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and sign the required documents. Otherwise, another entry may be selected.

12. Selection, delivery, and transfer

After confirmation, the winner selects option A, B, or C in writing. No cash or credit replaces the selected package. A transfer to a friend or family member requires the Sponsor’s prior written approval.

The winner has six months to complete registration and take possession of the vehicle or vehicles. The Sponsor pays for ordinary delivery to a reasonable location in Quebec. The winner pays for transportation outside Quebec or specialized transportation, registration, licence plates, transfer fees, permits, insurance, and taxes payable by the winner.

13. Personal information

Information is used to administer entries, calculate purchase-related entries, validate mail-in entries, prevent fraud, conduct the draw, verify eligibility, and transfer the package. It may be processed by Shopify and by payment, point-of-sale, ledger, draw, communications, signature, transportation, insurance, and registration providers according to their role.

14. Publication and platforms

After confirmation, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city or region, province or territory, and selected package. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

15. Errors, amendments, and liability

The Sponsor may correct an obvious error, suspend an entry method, or postpone the draw when reasonably necessary to preserve integrity, security, or compliance. Any material amendment is dated and published. No valid entry is silently deleted.

Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for a failure beyond its reasonable control. No exclusion applies to intentional fault, gross fault, or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Governing law, winner, and history

The Giveaway is governed by the applicable laws of Canada and Quebec, without limiting mandatory rights applicable in an entrant’s province or territory. The French version is the original version.
